Our President Prof. Barış Tan Steps into the Cockpit for Hands-On Training Experience

Özyeğin University President Prof. Barış Tan and Prof. Mehmet Burçin Ünlü, Dean of the Faculty of Aviation and Aeronautical Sciences, met at Hezarfen Airport to observe and experience firsthand the Faculty’s applied flight training program.

As part of the hands-on flight training offered in collaboration with Ayjet Anatolian Stars Flight School, President Prof. Tan attended both pre-flight and post-flight briefings, observed the technical preparations and cockpit procedures, and completed the experience with a real training flight. Immersing himself in Özyeğin University’s experiential learning philosophy, Prof. Tan observed future pilots firsthand in their training environment.
